Casting Machine

Continuous Casting Machine:A Continuous Casting Machine is a specialized equipment used in factories to make long pieces of metal without stopping. It works by continuously pouring molten metal into a mold that shapes it as it cools down. Continuous casting helps in making metal production more efficient and cost-effective by creating a steady flow of finished or semi-finished metal products.

Operating System: The casting machines operate on a Motion Control system powered by Servo Drives. This sophisticated operating system provides precise control over the casting process, offering accuracy, repeatability, and the ability to fine-tune parameters for optimal production results.

Production Capacity: The production capacity of our casting machines ranges from 3 to 4 metric tons per hour or higher. However, the actual capacity may vary based on the type of product being cast, specific configurations, and material properties.

Types of Casting Machine-

Down Casting Machine.

A Down Casting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment used for casting materials in a downward direction. This machine is employed to create various forms of solidified products by allowing the material, typically molten metal, to solidify as it moves downward through the machine.

The process involves pouring or feeding molten metal into the machine, where it takes shape and solidifies while descending. This method enables the production of different casted products, shaping the material into specific forms as it progresses downwards through the machine.

Up Casting Machine .

Up Casting Machine is a specialized industrial equipment used to cast materials in an upward direction. Unlike traditional casting methods where materials are poured or shaped downwards, the up casting process involves directing molten material upwards to form specific casted products.

This method enables the creation of casted materials with particular characteristics and dimensions. The molten material is guided upwards through the machine where it solidifies, allowing for the production of products suited to this upward casting process.

Horizontal Casting Machine .

A Horizontal Casting Machine is a specialized industrial apparatus used for casting materials horizontally. This machine allows for the casting of molten metals or alloys in a sideways direction, as opposed to the traditional vertical casting methods.

Horizontal casting machines offer the flexibility to create casted products with a horizontal orientation, catering to specific manufacturing needs. They facilitate the production of various shapes and profiles of casted materials in a horizontal direction, allowing for customization and adaptation based on industrial requirements.

Slab Caster

A Slab Caster is a specialized machine used in metallurgical processes to produce flat slabs of metal. This machine is specifically designed for casting large, flat-shaped materials, often used in various industries that require uniform and sizable metal castings.

The slabs created by these casters serve as essential raw materials for further processing in industries such as steelmaking, construction, and manufacturing. They're commonly used in the production of steel sheets, plates, and other flat metal components.

Billet Caster.

A Billet Caster is a specialized machine used in the metalworking industry to produce billets – semi-finished metal products with a specific cross-sectional shape, typically square or rectangular in form. These billets serve as raw material for subsequent shaping processes, such as rolling or extrusion, to create rods, bars, tubes, and various other metal components.

Billet casters are commonly utilized in industries requiring intermediate forms of metal for further processing.

Bar Caster .

A Bar Caster is a specialized machine used in metalworking industries to produce bars of metal with specific dimensions and properties. These casting machines are designed to create elongated and uniform metal bars, typically in round, square, or other cross-sectional shapes, according to industrial requirements.

Bar casters ensure uniformity and precision in the dimensions and quality of the produced bars, meeting strict industrial standards.
