Our flat and rectangular wire is produced on dancerless mills with closed loop control, so width and thickness stay on specification from the first metre to the last. It is the wire manufacturers reach for when imported supply is too slow or too expensive.
- Thickness accuracy to 5 microns
- Cross section range from 2.00 to 35.00 sq mm
- Width up to 15.00 mm, with custom edge conditions
- Stainless steel, nichrome, copper, nickel and special alloys
- Mirror finish to Ra 0.03 micron where required
