The same checks are applied to every production lot, from incoming raw material to final release. Nothing ships without a certificate.
Incoming material inspection
Raw material checked against material certificates. Composition, grade, and mechanical properties are verified before processing begins.
In process control
Dimensional checks at each deformation stage using non contact measurement, with continuous in line monitoring of width and thickness.
Surface inspection
Ra surface finish measured throughout the run. Mirror quality finish to Ra 0.03 micron is achievable and verified.
Final dimensional check
Full profile measured against your specification on a visual measuring machine, with Cpk data recorded.
Certificate and release
A test certificate pack is issued with every delivery lot. Full traceability is maintained by heat number, alloy batch, and production parameters.
